  • If you are not registered by November 1, 2026, you will be ineligible to attend conference.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to register as a youth member.
  • Youth under the age of 18 must have a parent with them to sign a physical waiver in person.
  • Youth over the age of 18 are allowed to sign the waiver themselves.

Terms of Agreement

  1. You must be between the ages of 13-30.
  2. You must be an active member to be included in all the events.
  3. Your actions reflect your Church and your Youth; behave appropriately, both online and in person.
  4. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
  5. The Assyrian Church of the East Youth Conference is a privilege, not a right!
  6. Attendance for conference is taken every Friday and Sunday; requirements are 2 Fridays and 2 Sundays a month to be eligible for Conference.
  7. The committee has the right to terminate anyone's membership.

By selecting "I Agree" you agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Assyrian Church of the East Youth Association (ACEYA).

All youth members are to turn in a physical waiver in person. Both the waiver and this online form need to be completed for your registration to be complete.
